Slight color or design variations may occur – that’s the charm of custom mugs.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Once an order is placed, it can’t be modified or canceled (our mugs move fast!).
3. Shipping
We do our best to get your mug to you quickly and safely.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping partners.
If your mug takes a scenic detour or gets delayed, don’t worry – we’ll help track it down.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
No exchanges (your mug = your mug).
Refunds only in case of damage, with unboxing video proof.

5. Use of Products
Please don’t microwave your cat, your phone, or anything weird in our mugs.
Mugs are for sipping, gifting, or showing off – not for dangerous experiments.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content on our site belong to Just Got Mugged.
Don’t steal our stuff – we put too much caffeine into it.
7. Limitation of Liability
We’re not responsible if you spill coffee on your keyboard, miss a Zoom call, or drink too much caffeine from our mugs.
In short: we sell mugs, not life insurance.
