Sorry, no mug-swapping here. Once you pick your mug, it’s officially yours.

💸 Refunds

We only refund if your mug shows up looking like it just survived a bar fight (a.k.a. damaged).
But—there’s one tiny condition… video proof is a must! 🎥

🎬 The Unboxing Rule

Hit record before you open the box.

Show the sealed package, open it on camera, and if there’s damage, we’ve got your back.

No video = no refund. Pinky promise.

⏰ Timing

Email us the video + your order details within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds (if approved) roll back into your account within 5–7 business days.

🚫 No-Go Zone

“I changed my mind” or “I liked another mug better” → nope.

Tiny color variations → nope.

Reporting damage after 24 hours → double nope.
